- Start: The workflow begins when a user opens the automation.

- Decision Signal Coach (menu): The user chooses one of these options:
- Which branch numbers deserve trust?
- How do I spot dirty signal early?

- How do we compare branches and attribution without lying to ourselves?
- How do we build a signal culture that helps decisions happen?
- Talk to a human
- Guidance message (by choice):
- The workflow sends a short, practical checklist tailored to the selected decision.
- What next?:
- The user picks Back to menu (loops to the main menu) or Escalate to a human (hands off to your team).
- Fallback (human handoff):
- If the user selects Talk to a human or Escalate to a human, the workflow routes the conversation to your assigned department.
