It starts with a knowledge-backed assistant policy, then presents a simple menu of decision-shaped scenarios (trusting branch metrics, spotting dirty signal, automation vs. human judgment, comparing branches, and building signal culture).
Operators (or leaders) choose what they’re dealing with and get a pragmatic checklist that prioritizes: what to trust, what to challenge, what to measure next, and what usually goes wrong first. If the situation is sensitive or ambiguous, they can route to a human owner.

- Escalation: If the user selects Talk to a human (or if something unexpected happens), the workflow hands off to the designated department with a clear handoff message.
