- Decision menu: The workflow presents a button menu: trust branch numbers, spot dirty signal, automation vs judgment, compare branches & attribution, build signal culture, or request a human handoff.
- Routing: Based on the selected button, the workflow routes into the matching check.
- Coaching response: A targeted message provides practical prompts and pitfalls to look for.
- Continue or escalate: After the coaching message, the workflow returns to the decision menu. If the user selects Human handoff, it routes to the fallback handoff.
