Step-by-step
- Trigger: A conversation starts (Input).
- Knowledge Base assist: The workflow attempts to answer using your Calypso Knowledge Base. If it can’t find a confident match, it continues to the menu.
- Choose a check: An interactive menu asks what kind of decision support the user needs (e.g., trusting branch numbers, spotting dirty signals, attribution comparisons).
- Route by selection: A matching If node detects the selected button and sends a tailored guidance message.
- Next action menu: A second interactive menu offers to return to the main menu or talk to an analyst.
