For support, that might be ticket volume tagged to the topic, percent of chats mentioning the confusion, number of follow up replies on the same ticket, or escalation rate.\n\nLagging indicators tell you if the outcome improved in a durable way. That might be CSAT on the tagged topic, churn among the impacted segment, refund rate, or onboarding completion.\n\nA concrete post decision monitoring example.\n\nYou ship a change to the invite flow to reduce role confusion.
